Really High Degen necromancer
well, iv'e been getting some help with friends you know some hints and crap. SO..i mixed some stuff toghther and here if the build and i know alot of you cant seem to find a good build for pvp...i think...well here it is::
Life Transfer [E]
Life Siphion
Suffering
Rotting Flesh
Conjure Phantasm
Arcane Echo
Awaken The Blood
Rez Sig
Stats::
Illusion Magic: 6
Blood Magic:14 (11 + head scar + major rune)
Death Magic:10(8+ major rune)
Soul Reaping:9 (7+ major rune)
Curses: 8 (7+ minor rune)
Then add an extra Vigor [SUPERIOR] your health should be at 380
Staff: Should be a good Bone staff which gives you armor and some haelth :\
How To Work This Build:
Well First i turn on AtB when the match starts [pvp], then i use arcane echo and use it on one of the monks [if has, if not go for mesmer, if not, necro, if not..just get anything!! lolz]then i use it again on a mesmer so by this time my health is going up pretty fast. Then i use siphion on a warrior tahts probably hitting me, i use rotting flesh on the monk to poison the dude along with the LT that should still be there hopefully, then i spam out my Phantasm. Repeat on the other peeps cause they gonna be trying to rez their preciaous monk as fast as they can, so start unloading what u got on them and soon enough they can die...then aim and that dam monk again..sigh..oh and with Soul reaping at 8 you should be able to maintain something like i did..hopefully they will die and you wont have a nooby team.
Well that's all i got up my sleeve, hope you like it!!
Ps: if you like this build emote /nice and if you got your own necro builds or if you tweaked mine post it up and i'll try it out, always willing to try new things

Disease will spread through both teams, so it's not much of an advantage. Life Transfer has a long recharge, not really worthy of an elite slot in PvP.
Conjure Phantasm and Life Siphon are decent fairly spammable degen hexes.
I would certainly not advocate using three major runes. One superior and two minors, yes.
On top of this, you have a very energy intensive build with no energy management. In any kind of extended conflict you are going to be very useless very fast.

It's not a matter of *hating* the build, but a matter of what works and what doesn't.
Spec in Blood, Curses and Illusion. Something like this:
Hex Degen
Necromancer/Mesmer
Illusion Magic: 9 (8+1)
Blood Magic: 15 (12+3)
Curses: 12 (10+2)
- Offering Of Blood (Blood Magic)
- Life Siphon (Blood Magic)
- Conjure Phantasm (Illusion Magic)
- Faintheartedness (Curses)
- Parasitic Bond (Curses)
- Distortion (Illusion Magic)
- Ressurection Signet ()
There you have a fair amount of spammable hex degen, fuelled by Offering Of Blood. Distortion will help you if you get a warrior or ranger on your face, particularly if you have just sacced for OoB and not regenerated the health.

Life Transfer is a pretty mediocre degen skill. I'm suprised it's even considered elite. Save yourself an elite slot and bring Rotting Flesh, Conjure Phantasm, Suffering.. along those lines.

the problem, lifesux, is that jr's degen build there is about as good as they get. and it's still pretty weak. but at least he can throw around conjure and siphon and keep his energy up with OoB. hexes get removed and interrupted.
but if you're gonna be in random the first warrior that doesn't totally suck will smash you. i love playing mesmer in random just to mess with necros and ele's. conjure is ok at a 1 second cast but you'll be hard pressed to get life siphon off everytime you want.
for sure, disease spreads to everyone.

The 15s cooldown does not qualify it as a 'spammable' hex.
